This is a stand alone temperature monitor. Attaching monitors to the tank allows you to know inside water temperatures letting you know how much water is at which particular temperatures is in a hot water cylinder. This is intended for use for the WrightChoice heat storage and the WrightChoice solar thermal heat concentration device.
